Job Role and Responsibilities
- Support back-office operations including demand/collection tracking and data entry.
- Reconcile daily collection and remittances and maintain relevant records and registers.
- Monitor loan repayments and contact groups/members on due dates.
- Maintain loan document movement and verify primary loan documents.
- Assist branch operations and prepare reports.
- Maintain IT assets like desktops, laptops, and printers updated with antivirus and IT policies.
- Follow up on insurance claims and perform other assigned duties ensuring smooth branch functioning.
