Salary
- Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT): Stipend Rs. 24,000 per month for 6 months training, then pay scale Rs. 24,500 – 90,000 + allowances.
- Technician ‘C’: Pay scale Rs. 21,500 – 82,000 + allowances.

- Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT): 15 posts (Electronics – 6, Mechanical – 8, Electrical – 1)
- Technician ‘C’: 15 posts (Fitter – 4, Electronics Mechanic – 7, Machinist – 2, Electrician – 2)
Qualification
- EAT: 3 years Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks for General/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Technician ‘C’: SSLC + ITI + One year National Apprenticeship Certificate or SSLC + 3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trade, with similar marks criteria for different categories.
Age Eligibility
- Maximum 28 years as on 1st October 2025 for both EAT and Technician ‘C’ posts.
- Age relaxation applicable as per category (OBC 3 years, SC/ST 5 years, PwBD 10 years).
Age Relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (with minimum 40% disability): 10 years
- Ex-servicemen relaxation as per Govt rules.
Offline or Online Exam
- Computer Based Test (CBT) for 150 marks:
- General Aptitude: 50 marks
- Technical Aptitude: 100 marks
- Minimum qualifying marks: 35% (General/OBC/EWS) and 30% (SC/ST/PwBD).
- CBT expected in November 2025 at Hyderabad.
