Description
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites online applications for recruitment of Sub-Inspector (SI) posts in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) for the year 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online between 26th September and 16th October 2025. This examination includes computer-based tests, physical standards, and medical tests to select candidates for prestigious posts with competitive salary and service liabilities across India.

- Pay the application fee online (₹100 for general category, exempted for women, SC/ST, and ex-servicemen).
- Submit and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
Salary
Pay scale of Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 per month) Group B Non-Gazetted (Delhi Police) and Group C (CAPFs).

Qualification
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year can also apply but must produce proof of qualification by the cut-off date.
Age Eligibility
20 to 25 years as of 01 August 2025 (Born between 02 August 2000 and 01 August 2005).
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen and other categories as per Government of India rules.
- Departmental candidates of Delhi Police have age relaxations based on service length.
Offline or Online Exam
Online Computer Based Examination (CBT) in two papers followed by Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Endurance Test (PET), and Medical Examination. Exam conducted Nov-Dec 2025.
