Qualification Requirements
- Assistant Administrative Officer: Any Degree + 8 years administrative experience.
- Administrative Assistant: Any Degree + 7 years relevant experience.
- Junior Assistant: Any Degree + 4 years clerical/office experience.
- Junior Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi/English with translation experience.
- Junior Accountant: B.Com or any Degree with Inter-CA/ICWA and experience in accounts.
- Junior Technical Assistant (IT): B.Sc (CS/IT/BCA) or B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) + 4 years IT support experience.
Age Eligibility
- Assistant Administrative Officer & Admin Assistant: Up to 40 years
- Junior-Level Posts: Up to 32 years
- Age will be calculated as of 21 October 2025
Age Relaxation
As per Government of India rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Internal employees: As per IIM Trichy norms
