- Upload scanned copies of required documents: photograph, signature, caste certificate (if applicable), PwBD certificate (if applicable), discharge certificate (for Ex-servicemen), essential qualification certificates.
- Pay the application fee online or offline through SBI challan.
- Keep the registration number and application form printout for future correspondence.
- Admit cards will be emailed to the registered mail ID only.
Salary
- Technical Assistant: Level 7 Pay Matrix – Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month
- Technician-B: Level 3 Pay Matrix – Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month
Additional allowances: Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance as per rules.

Reservation applies for OBC, SC, ST, EWS as per government norms.
Qualification
- Technical Assistant: First class Diploma in the respective Engineering discipline from a recognized State Board.
- Technician-B: 10th standard pass plus ITI NTC/NAC in relevant trade from NCVT.
- Candidates must meet physical requirements and produce valid certificates as required.
Age Eligibility
- 18 to 35 years as on 31st October 2025 for unreserved candidates.
- Age relaxation: up to 40 years for SC/ST, 38 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
- Additional relaxations for PwBD, Ex-servicemen, departmental candidates, widows/divorced women as per govt. rules.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD: 10-15 years depending on category
- Ex-servicemen: Up to number of years served plus 3 years
- Departmental candidates: 5 years for Group A/B posts, other conditions apply.
Offline or Online Exam
- Written Test followed by Skill Test for both Technical Assistant and Technician-B posts.
- Written Test: 1.5 hours, 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with negative marking (0.33).
- Skill Test qualifying marks differ for reserved/unreserved categories.
- Tests conducted in Ahmedabad (and nearby centers like Abu Road and Udaipur).
- Hall tickets sent through email only.
